Heating Instructions
General Heating Instructions....
Preheat oven to 350F.
All foods should be reheated to 165F
Roast Turkey.....
In a pre-heated 350' oven, place the turkey (covered) in the oven for approx 75 mins.
Gravys... On a low flame, simmer to a re-boil on the stove.
Filet of Beef....
375.Oven Roast, uncovered,15mins Rare,30min Med, 45 MW
Braised Food / Casseroles /Shepherd's Pie/ Pot Pies
....Reheat , covered, 20-30 minutes or until heated.
Spiral Hams.....
Reheat, covered, for 30 minutes or simply serve at room-temperature
Rack of Lamb.....
375. Oven. Roast, uncovered, 10mins – Rare, 15mins Med, 20+ Well Done
Vegetables/Stuffings/Starch/Crab Cakes...
Reheat, covered, 15 minutes . Uncover for 10 Minutes
You can also microwave and if so heat in increments of 3 minutes until hot. Use microwable containers
Cornish Hens...
Warm, covered, for approx 15 min. and 15 min. uncovered
Pastas / Scalloped Potatoes...
Reheat, 40min + until desired temperature. Keep covered.
Hors d’Oeurves...
Reheat, flat on cookie sheets, uncovered, 3-10 mins until warm depending on variety. Serve warm, not HOT!
Breads...
Reheat bread for approx. 1-3 minutes ( depending on size !!! )
Quiche...
Reheat Quiche for approx. 15 minutes. Allow to rest before slicing.
